Ayr is 15 miles north with good shopping and cafés and it is just another mile to Alloway the National Heritage Centre (NTS) of Robert Burns. Day trips can be taken to Ireland from Stranraer or to Arran from Ardrossan. Relax in the sunny garden with summer house and enjoy the view from the master bedroom over the Firth of Clyde. Restaurant only a stroll away shop 200 yards.
