The granary has recently been converted to a very high standard. To gain access to this apartment you go up 10 original slate steps which enter into the hallway. All rooms lead off this hallway which also has a closet containing all essential equipment for a self catering apartment.
From the hallway through French doors leads into the open plan kitchen diner and then through into the sitting room which has original exposed beams. From the sitting room there are patio doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the spectacular Snowdonia mountain range.
Also from the hallway is the fully equipped bathroom with shower and again original exposed beams. Further along the hallway, which has original exposed beams, to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is fully fitted with a double bed and a skylight to view the stars. The second bedroom is a fully fitted twin bedroom. All the rooms from the granary have fantastic views of the surrounding local area.
The granary is situated on a farm which breeds kerryhill sheep, ebdon geese, call ducks, and twelve different breeds of hens. All the animals are kept down the fields away from the top garden and drive. Participation in looking after and collecting eggs is at the holidaymaker's discretion but is ideal for children as we also have cats, dogs and rabbits. So wellies are advisable.
We specialize in the catering of twins as we have two cots, two highchairs and all the other essential things one requires.

The kitchen is a newly installed fitted kitchen consisting of a microwave, low level fridge, separate freezer, double sink with draining board, low level fitted electric cooker with grill, flush electric hob, Hotpoint fully automatic washing machine, toaster and kettle. Within the kitchen is the dining area of table and four chairs, highchairs are available on request. All crockery and cutlery are supplied for adults and children. Tablecloths, napkins, placemats, pots and pans are also included. The units are beech with chrome handles and marble effect worktops. Within the kitchen we have our recycling unit for glass, plastic, cans and cardboard. All food waste will be given to the animals. | | |
The living room has a raised vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and chandelier. Patio doors lead to the balcony which have cast iron custom made railings which comply with health and safety regulations (child friendly), overlooking those spectacular views of the Snowdonia mountain range. The sitting area has two new leather sofas with cushions and throws, side lights and reading light. A coffee table which extends into a low level eating table. TV is LCD HD ready with built in DVD player and freeview, a selection of DVD's are included. Also there is a hi-fi radio CD system. Books, cards and board games are included. All floors are tiled with rugs and carpets in the bedrooms. |
