The thriving town of Helston’s shops art galleries cafes bars and restaurants are about 3 miles away as are Gweek Seal sanctuary and the award winning Flambards theme park with its thrilling rides and Victorian Village and Britain in the Blitz exhibitions. Goonhilly Earth Station the Lizard Point Lighthouse Kynance Cove and the National Trust’s Godolphin House St Michael’s Mount and Trengwainton Gardens are all within easy reach. There is a pub with restaurant 2 miles away and a good selection of shops in Helston 3 miles.
