The Retreat can sleep 2 adults plus 3 children. The double bedroom can also easily fit a single guest bed, and there’s a double sofa bed in the living room. The Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a balcony leading off it, where you can enjoy the countryside views, and there's also a patio garden. A 10-minute stroll through Polperro village, with its many shops, restaurants and pubs, takes you to the quaint harbour. The Retreat is ideally situated for walking the coast path.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Free parking is included, and may be in our own small private car park or in the main Polperro car park, approx 200 metres away (we will supply a parking permit). Electricity is payable by £1 coin meter.

The living room has a sofa bed and two armchairs. A balcony, with table and chairs, leads off it. There is a TV with DVD and Freeview, and a good selection of books and games.
