The cottage is a two bedroomed cottage that sleeps five people and is well looked after by our caretakers and spotlessly clean! One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with colour co-ordinating soft furnishings from Sanderson fabrics. There is also plenty of hanging and storage space. The bathroom has a bath, shower and shaver point. We also have a downstairs cloakroom with toilet. The whole cottage is clean, comfortable and just made for rest and relaxation and ideal for couples and families.

The cottage is double glazed with gas central heating /hot water. There's a picnic hamper with flask etc., pay phone in the hall and two toilets - upstairs and downstairs. Bed linen, tea towels etc are provided, as are washing up liquid sponges etc.

There is a secure patio garden, with furniture, Large garage for car, bikes or boat etc and front drive parking for second car.

In the garage we have a games table-pool/table tennis etc (child sized). Dog(s) are by arrangement. Non-smokers preferred.

Personal towels are available at £3 per person per week.

Cot and booster chair available. No extra charge.

Kitchen
The kitchen is superbly well equipped with plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery for five people. It is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Room
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished cottage style complete with rocking chair. We have Teletext TV and video, Radios, tape recorder and a selection of tapes. There is a large selection of family and children's videos, to keep everyone happy and a small library of books/magazines. There is a Children's toy box of balls, jigsaws, games, lego etc.

The dining table easily seats five and overlooks the patio garden.

Additional Information
The village of Allithwaite is a delightful Lakeland working village that has a well stocked shop and post office. The children's play area, football pitch and tennis courts will keep youngsters happy
