On the ground floor are 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 twin with an option of a further ensuite twin on this floor. Leading from the entrance hall the beautiful oak staircase leads into a galleried kitchen.
This well equipped and stylish kitchen has a black tiled floor with handmade pine units and black granite worktops. Off the kitchen is a 4th bedroom dining room, lounge and 5th bedroom.
The lounge opens out onto a stone paved patio area with garden, orchard and BBQ.
The cottage is beautifully furnished and coordinated with quality accessories. With full oil fired central heating and the added attraction of a cosy log burning stove the cottage is beautifully warm and welcoming. Sauna and cinema screen.
An excellent area for walking down the many dales or over the magnificent Moorlands, cycling, climbing, boating on Carsington Water or to explore the many wonderful attractions in the area. We are a short drive from Chatsworth House, Kedleston, Sudbury and Haddon Halls, Calke Abbey and,Alton Towers. Gullivers Kingdom , Carsington Water, Midland Railway Museum and Peak Rail, Crich Tramway Museum, The Heights of Abraham are closeby

Billys Bothy has a beautiful oak galleried kitchen overlooking the entrance hall with tiled floor and granite worktops and a pottery belfast sink set in handmade pine units. There is a full electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, auto washer tumble drier, large fridge freezer, along with toaster, blender, kettle. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing will need to be bought by our guests. The perfect place to cook a special meal for your stay here. We can organise for caterers to cook your meal for you to give you a special treat. Cakes can also be ordered on your behalf.

The living room is on the 1st floor from the main entrance hall, but is built into a bank and as such opens out from a beautiful green oak and glass gable end directly onto the patio and orchard area. This room is beautifully furnished and has a large Indian rug on a polished oak floor. There are 4 settee's in this room one of which is a bed settee, 2 coffee tables are in the centre of the room. A large screen colour TV with free view, DVD, video and Hi Fi is provided. A cosy log fire is the central focus and lends warmth and character to this beautiful room. A large pine truss adds to the lovely ancient atmosphere oft his lovely room. | | |
