The entire apartment has been newly refurnished to very high standards. The living areas are comfortable and welcoming and the apartment is clean and modern throughout. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore the city and wider regions, and at the same time has enough facilities to keep you entertained on the days when you do not wish to go anywhere.

The sheltered roof garden is an ideal location for sunbathing or outdoor dining. A wooden garden table and chairs, with parasol, are provided. A barbeque is available on request. A sheltered bike rack is available at the back of the property.

The memory-foam mattress should ensure a good night's sleep and the dressing table, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe provide plenty of storage space. The bathroom is bright and clean. A shower unit is fitted in the bath.

Parking is not available on the site but vehicles can be parked nearby. A free connection service is offered from Plymouth airport or mainline station and there are two car hire offices located very close to the property, making it easy to explore the wider region.
