Wellfield Lodge is a modern apartment for 2 people, with its own private swimming pool. Set within the private grounds of Wellfield house, in a quiet residential area of Seaton. The accommodation is bright, airy & tastefully furnished. There is 1 double bedroom with comfortable bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws & TV point, French doors open onto a small balcony having lovely views over the sea. Off the bedroom is a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower, vanity unit with draws.
The living area is open plan leading out onto a spacious decking area over looking the pool & fields beyond. There are steps leading down to a very private patio, a real sun trap!
Gateway to the Jurassic Coast, the old Victorian Town of Seaton has an esplanade which stretches along the beach to the quaint old Harbour at Axmouth. There are a variety of shops, pubs,& Cafes to suit all tastes. Walk along the coast path to Beer for a great breakfast on the beach or choose from the good selection of pubs & restaurants.& for railway enthusiasts Pecorama.
Seaton boasts the Old Tramway which runs along the estuary to the village of Colyton giving panoramic views over the Wetlands & Nature Reserve. Visit Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Headquarters 15 minutes drive along with Lyme Regis or the Donkey Sanctuary & Sidmouth 10miles to the west.
The train station is 7 miles away @ Axminster & the we are on the bus route for the X53 which runs along the Jurassic Coast from Poole to Exeter.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and table & chairs. We provide a good range of cooking utensils. The kitchen is open plan with the living room, french doors open onto the decking where there is a table & chairs, 2 sun loungers, umbrella & gas barbeque. Washing Line & a bench. | | |
The living area has a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, side table & lamp, leather occasional chair, LCD TV with free view box & DVD player. A selection of DVD's, books, games & literature on the surrounding area are also provided. This is a lovely bright & sunny room with super views over the pool & fields & woodlands. | | |
There is a spacious entrance hall with large built in cupboard, Ironing board & iron, clothes airer, & spare electric heater as the lodge is fully central heated. A door leads into the garage where there is an available parking space & a utility area, with sink, washing machine & dryer. Parking is also available in the private driveway. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. |
