The Annex is accessed from the rear of the main house into a Utility Room, with space for leaving coats, boots, etc. A staircase leads to the main accommodation, which is completely self-contained and is ideal for self-catering holidays.
A small landing, which has a cupboard housing a washer dryer and hot water system, leads to the living area. The living area has a compact kitchen at one end, a dining area and lounge, with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. A door leads from the lounge to the bedroom with a 5ft double bed. The Annex also has a fully tiled modern shower room with a corner shower, toilet, wash basin, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Both the living room and the bedroom are double aspect, looking out over fields to the east and to the west, the lower part of Cove and the woods beyond. There is central heating and double glazing throughout.
The amenities include a single oven cooker, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer, fridge, microwave, electric wood burner, FreeSat LCD Television, DVD and CD player. Prices include central heating and electricity. Beds with duvets, linen and towels provided. There is a large off-road parking area.
We regret no children under 8 years old, no pets and no smoking inside the building. The Annex is also unsuitable for the infirm. Additional accommodation in the form of Bed & Breakfast is available by special arrangement.

The newly equipped kitchen includes a fridge (with a freezer in the utility room), a microwave, electric 4-ring ceramic hob, grill & oven, kettle, toaster, extractor fan and all the usual utensils you would expect for a well-equipped self-catering apartment. | | |
The living area is in the same space as the kitchen and includes a comfortable sofa and matching easy chair. The sofa converts to a comfortable single bed.
