Silvan Lodge is a large two-storey detached house with a private South facing front garden. The garden is laid to lawn on one side and has a patio area with garden chairs and table on the other side. Two guest off-road parking spaces are available these are situated just beyond Silvan Lodge front garden.

The first floor comprises three double-bedrooms see bedrooms description below; an en-suite with an electric shower to the Master bedroom & a family bathroom with a bath & shower attachment. A cot & temporary child gate are provided free of charge.
