Situated on the ground floor with a reserved car parking space adjacent to the front door of the building.
This apartment has everything you need for your holiday, short break or winter let. The wardrobe and drawer space suits the longer stay, we even have a shed for your luggage, boards, golf trolley, bikes, buckets & spades...
The apartment block was completed in 2008 and consists of 8-apartments in total, only two are used for holiday lets, the remainder are second holiday homes. The flat is contemporary open plan and is looked after by the owners Steve Robertson & Ann Barnes - who do the cleaning and all the laundry.
We provide bed linen & towels - King of Cotton - duvets are King size on the double bed and Doubles on the twin beds. All beds are adult size and have deep firm mattresses for a relaxing nights sleep, alternative sheet & bedspread are provided for the warmer nights.
No carpets, bedrooms are laminate tiled, kitchen ceramic tiled, lounge wood laminate, bathrooms linoleum.
Outside covered seating area for 4-people accessed through patio doors from the lounge.
All utilities included throughout the year.
No pets, non-smoking.
