This apartment has everything you need for your holiday, short break or winter let. The wardrobe and drawer space suits the longer stay, we even have a communal store for your luggage, boards, golf trolley, bikes, buckets & spades...
The apartment block was completed in 2009 and consists of 14-apartments in total, only three are used for holiday lets, the remainder are second holiday homes. The flat is contemporary open plan and is looked after by the owners Steve Robertson & Ann Barnes - who do the maintenance, cleaning and all the laundry.
We provide white bed linen & towels - King of Cotton - duvets are King size on the double bed and Doubles on the twin beds. All beds are adult size with deep firm mattresses for a good nights sleep. Alternative sheet and bedspread provided for the warmer nights.
Carpetted throughout with superb underfloor heating.
Outside covered seating area accessed through patio doors from the sitting room.
All utilities included throughout the year.
No pets, non-smoking.
