This modern (refurbished) upside down 2 bedroomed house is situated on the front of the Baiter Park housing estate. It benefits from stunning direct southerly views of Poole Harbour, the shoreline being some 70yds away.

Poole Park is a short walk eastwards. Childrens play areas (one indoors), ice skating rink, Cafe, Restaurant, Miniature Railway, Boat and Sailing Lake.
