Sundial Holiday Home enjoys a 3 star Visit Britain classification; is a bright and airy three bedroom house with generous accommodation for 5 and is furnished to a high standard with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes, and one single bedroom.
On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom that includes a shower and toilet and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
From the house, it is a very short level walk to local shops and to Poole Quay with its many restaurants and pubs, and a five minute walk to Poole Lighthouse, the bus station and the town centre.
To the front of the property there is a drive with sufficient parking for a family car, or space to keep a small boat, and there is visitor parking close to the property.
There is a public launching ramp very close by and there are many glorious beaches a short drive away, including the award winning blue flag Sandbanks beach, with sand stretching all the way past Canford Cliffs and Branksome Chine, all the way to Bournemouth resort with its multi choice of clubs and shops.
For the occassional rainy day we also provide various books and assorted games.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.

The large lounge area includes 2-seater and 3-seater setees, a 32” colour TV with freesat, video and DVD players, a set of occassional tables, a reading lamp and the dining area has an extending pine dining table & 6 chairs.
There is a patio door access to the private, good size, sunny rear courtyard, equipped with a table & chairs, and which has a lockable gate for access should you bring bikes or surf boards.
