Woodpecker Lodge is located five miles south-west of the market town of Dumfries, in the beautiful and varied countryside of Dumfries and Galloway, on a small, exclusive development.
The high-quality, fully-equipped detached lodge has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people. It is very comfortable at any time of the year, and has an open view of the surrounding fields, hills and Mabie Forest, which is only a ten-minute walk from the lodge, along a track.
The site itself used to be part of the grounds of nearby Cairnyard House, and its location is ideal for visiting the many attractions in Dumfries and Galloway, and is only 2 hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh by car.

The living room has a 32" LCD TV - which receives the main Freeview digital TV and radio channels - a DVD player, and a Hi-Fi.
There are patio doors onto a deck with an open view over fields, hills and Mabie Forest.
