The townhouse certainly has the best view in Edinburgh with The Royal Observatory situated to its rear on Blackford Hill.
Edinburgh Castle summer & New Year fireworks can be enjoyed from the large roof patio which extends out from the sitting room. The large kitchen/ dining room consists of a large marble/oak table, sumptuous leather cream chairs and a large breakfast bar.
The fully fitted kitchen consists of a heated hostess trolley, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, double ovens, gas hob, percolator and microwave.
Further facilities include utility room with washer/dryer & additional drying in the garden. Ironing board & press, hairdryer & tongs in the bedrooms.
