Note: On changeover day, guests are required to leave by 10am, and those arriving are requested not to arrive before 3pm to facilitate cleaning etc.
Situated between the village of Gosfield and the market town of Halstead, it is surrounded by open countryside with numerous walks.
The Forestry Commission�s Broaks Wood which is 62 hectares of Ancient Woodland, is only 50 yards away and is ideal for the walker and bird watcher.
Stansted Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive and The Briars is also well placed for the business traveller.
Facilties:
The Briars consists of a lounge with TV, DVD and video, a four seat dining area, a well appointed kitchen, with cooker, hob unit, microwave, and fridge, a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
Whilst designed to sleep two, it is also has a sofa bed in the lounge that can be used if required. A cot and high chair can also be provided if requested.
Rates: �250 per week, or �150 per three day week end break, other rates by arrangement.
