The house has two double and one twin bedroom and luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and tiled walls & floors. There is a downstairs cloakroom with 2nd toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. There are sea views from the first floor.

The compact fully fitted kitchen affords De-Deitrich induction hob, Siemens oven, microwave/over/grill, dishwasher, washing machine and American style fridge/freezer with built in ice and cold water dispenser. Seating for 6 in the dining area with dark pine table and chairs. In the lounge there is a wood burning stove, leather 3 seater, 2 seater and chair with TV, Video and combined CD/DVD player with amplifier and hifi speakers. There are wooden effect floors throughout the ground floor and carpets to the stairs, landing and bedrooms. Basic free Sky package is available but I understand you can use your own Sky card (please check with Sky).

There is parking for 2/3 cars in the gravelled drive.

Duvets, pillows, bedding and bath mats are provided and towels can be provided at an extra cost. We appreciate that some people like to bring their own bedding so we offer a discount if bedding is not required.

This property is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4 p.m. on day of arrival.
