Convenient for Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival, Ludlow with fine food, Brecon and the Forest of Dean for walks and cycling, and Cheltenham with its famous race course and shops. Visit castles, historic houses and ancient churches. Shop in the market town and take a little of Hereford back home. Shops 1/2 miles, pubs half mile.
