Craigievar is a two bedroomed bungalow, with views across the water from the sitting room and the master suite.
The Master bedroom with ensuite shower has a double bed, Chest of drawers, Bedside cabinets, Fitted wardrobe, Full length mirror, Bedside lamps, Hair Dryer, DAB radio/alarm, an Electric Blanket should you need one and all with lovely views across the Cromarty Firth water.
A second bedroom has two single beds, Chest of drawers, Bedside cabinets and Lamps, Fitted wardrobe, Full length mirror and DAB radio/alarm, Electric blankets should you need them and with lovely views over the rear garden.
The rear garden has a patio and garden furniture, there is seating to the rear and the front of the property which overlooks the water.
A bus service runs every hour from Inverness to Cromarty Village, about three miles along the shore road and the bus will stop outside the property if you put your hand out.

The kitchen has views over the rear garden and in the Kitchen there is: an Electric cooker, Dishwasher, Electric Kettle, Fridge, Microwave oven, Breadmaker (Automatic, just add the ingredients and wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh bread), Toaster, Electric Egg boiler, Smoothie maker, Cafetière, Veg Steamer, Slow cooker and cooking aids.
