The Old Schoolhouse is a self catering cottage only a few metres from the loch side.
Ground Floor: entrance porch, hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, rear lobby, toilet and shower.
1st Floor: landing, 2 double and 1 single bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests. There is also a bathroom with WC and toilet on the first floor.
The property is comfortably furnished and well equiped with all linen provided, the kitchen has recently been upgraded.
Fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Sky colour TV, video player and CD player.
There is private parking for up to 2 cars. Electricity operated by �1 coin meter.
There is boat hire from Donnnie Campbell next door either for pleasure or fishing. Pony trekking on traditional highland ponies at Ratagan just a few miles along the lochside. There are many excellent hotels and restaurants in the area many of which we can personally recommend.
Visit Eilean Donnan Castle, the most photographed Castle in Scotland which has been featured in several films. Have a day out in beautiful Plockton and go on a boat trip to see the seals, or visit Kyle of Lochalsh and go on the glass bottomed boat. A visit to Applecross with its fabulous beaches and award winning Applecross Inn is a must. Look out for porpoise, seal, pine marten, deer and eagles.
