The downstairs accommodation consists of an entrance hall leading to the sitting room, the downstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room.
The light and airy sitting room has French windows leading out to a panoramic view. It is furnished with a settee, three armchairs, a rocking chair, a desk, together with TV and DVD, a radio/CD player and extensive selection of books. The sitting room leads to the dining area which seats six in a windowed-bay.
The open-plan kitchen leads off the dining room and gives access to the utility room. The amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a microwave with convection oven and grill as well as a separate hob & oven.
Upstairs
The upstairs accommodation consists of the master bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, and a study/bedroom with a desk and twin beds.
Outside
For those sunny days and the long summer evenings there is a lawned garden with garden furniture.
Bedding
Bedding and towels are included but visitors should bring their own beach towels if required.
Pets
One well behaved dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement but guests are asked not to allow their pet upstairs or on the furniture.
