Granary Cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Sandhurst, close to the Kent and Sussex border. The property is situated in a beautiful rural position on a working arable and stud farm and enjoys beautiful views across farmland.
The mainline stations of Robertsbridge and Etchingham are approximately 8 miles distance offering easy access to London Charing Cross.
There are many National Trust properties nearby including Bodiam Castle, Batemans, Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle. There are also plenty of places to visit to keep children interested including Druisillas Zoo Park, Howletts, The Rare Breeds Centre, Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Herstmonceux Science Centre and the Kent and Sussex Steam Railway, to name but a few. The location of the property makes it ideal for those who enjoy walking.
The towns of Tunbridge Wells, Tenterden and Rye and the coastal resort of Hastings are all within 30 minutes drive.
