We are on the edge of the town, looking across fields to the River Ribble yet within five minutes walk of supermarket and train and bus stations.
Clitheroe is an attractive market-town built on a ridge and dominated by an ancient castle (with park and museum) at one end and the parish church at the other (10 minutes walk). There are a number of high quality specialist shops.
The area is excellent for bird-watching and fishing and on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
