Note: Short breaks during the spring and autumn months can be from: 2 night mini breaks anytime subject to availability. 3 night breaks Friday to Monday. 4 night breaks Monday to Friday. These short breaks are from late September to the middle of May.
The apartment has all modern conveniences and is suitable for 2 to 3 people. It has its own front door so you can come and go as you please.
It has nice views down the avenue and over-looks the unique St Mattews Church, which is situated on an island in the middle of the road in Scarbrough Avenue, one of only two churches in the country with this kind of situation.
There is a south facing garden to the rear of the property with tables, chairs and benches, where you can sit and relax on a warm sunny day.
There are good restaurants and pubs, take-aways and eating places within easy walking distance to the apartment.
It is close to fantasy Island so you can enjoy a day out shopping in the market or enjoy the amusements.
If you like to site see you can drive to Boston, Grimsby, Lincoln or any of the lovely wolds villages like Louth, Alford and Woodhall Spa, and of course Horncastle with all its antique shops and emporiums. You can also drive to the closer seaside resorts of Ingoldmells, Sutton on Sea, or Mablethorpe.
For outdoor people there are lovely walks and you can visit Gibralter point bird and wildlife sanctuary. For the sports people there are two good golf courses, swimming bath's and the bowling greens.
I am sure that you will be able to find something of interest to suit everyone, or just park up the car, potter around and chill out, relax and have a great holiday with no stress and no worries for a week
