Daubeney Hall Farm, dating back to the 16th century, was originally a working farm. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Sharrington, 3 miles from Holt and a short distance from the coast. The farm overlooks unspoilt countryside towards the Glaven Valley. It is the ideal base to explore North Norfolk. The area with quiet country lanes is especially suited to those who enjoy walking, cycling and bird watching. Wells, Sheringham, Stiffkey and Aylsham are within easy reach.
The Cottage, converted from redundant farm buildings is situated within a courtyard area near to the main house. Parking is directly outside. The Cottage has a secluded, private walled garden with shrubs, fruit trees and old roses. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
The accommodation, which is single storey, is centrally heated throughout. The spacious sitting area is double height with original wooden flooring. With a wood burning stove, comy sofa's, TV, DVD, Freeview and CD Player are provided. The newly re-furbished kitchen has an under counter cooker, microwave and fridge. Antique pine table with seating for 4.
The spacious bedroom has a queen sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath, WC and toilet.
