Just 1 mile from Loddon village with its good pubs, restaurants and local shops. If you want to travel further afield then this part of Norfolk has many good restaurants.
Ideally placed for exploring the many delights of Norfolk and Suffolk. It is within easy reach of the Broadland’s waterways, the coastal resorts of Southwold, Walberswick and the dune-fringed beaches of the Norfolk coast, so loved by walkers and bird watchers at all times of the year. Holt, Blakeney and Burnham Market are an hour’s drive away while Norwich and Bungay, are both 9 miles.
If you like water sports then Whitlingham Country Park is continently nearby.
Norwich is home to many top retailers and offers fantastic shopping for everyone. The night life and the restaurants are varied, plentiful and entertaining. The newly refurbished Theatre Royal is well worth a visit. The history of the City is bountiful with much to see. One can do worse than spend some time wandering around the streets while learning of its great history.

The terrace leads to a large garden. There are garden chairs available if you wish to just relax with a good book in the sun. There is a double sofa bed which is only suitable for one person - two small people at a push for which there would be an extra charge.
