Augusta is located in a quiet conservation area nestling between the town centre and sea yet all the shops and amenities are but a few hundred metres away.
The house itself was built around 1870 along with its two neighbours by three brothers from a fishing family and is changed little in appearance since that time. The property benefits from extensive refurbishment and boast gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout.
Augusta sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children in 2 bedrooms.
Sheringham with its mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture, European Blue Flag beach guaranteeing excellent water quality and life guards for safe swimming, the 18 hole championship Golf Course offering a top quality links course, and the famous North Norfolk Steam Railway which features in a number of period films all combine with many other attractions to help create the perfect place for a family holiday.
You can relax on the beach, take a picturesque steam train ride to the Georgian town of Holt, the last mile of the Journey is on a horse drawn cart or walk along the breathtaking coastal path to Weybourne and beyond.
Why not leave the car behind and visit by train, we will be delighted to collect you from the train station (no extra charge) after your gentle relaxing journey through the beautiful Norfolk countryside from Norwich.

The lounge has a bright and relaxing feel to it. There is a 24 inch colour television, video DVD and three-piece suite, feature fireplace and a double glazed bay window overlooking the front garden.
Other Rooms
Augusta has a separate Dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. There is an understairs storage cupboard and feature fireplace.

Additional Information There is a new downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over, separate shower, wc and wash basin. This is in addition to the upstairs wc and wash basin. The twin room has wash basin and shaver point.
