The cottage consists of a spacious sitting room with arch leading through to the dining area. A large kitchen breakfast room with access to the back garden.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with kingsize bed, 1 double with twin beds and the third has bunk beds. A recently refitted bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with electric power shower.
Younger guests are catered for with a cot, high chair, stairgate, baby bath and plenty of books and toys.
Outside there is a garden with paved patio, ornamental gravel area surrounded by flowering shrubs. There is on road parking to the front and a garage.

A large room, 18' x 9', there is a breakfast table and good quality fitted units. There is a built in electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine. You will find enough pots, pans etc for your holiday needs.
Living Room
The sitting room, 18'6 x 13'9, has a large 3 seater sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and occasional furniture. There is a colour TV, DVD, Digibox, CD player/radio. In addition to the central heating, an electric fire can provide background heating.
The dining room is separated by an arch and has an oak dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard, containing a large selection of toys and games.
