Pinner has a wide selection of supermarkets, cafes, pubs (bars), restaurants, chemists (drug stores), local bus services and car hire facilities, an internet-cafe and a local library with internet access.
There are public transport links to Uxbridge, Wembley, Amersham, Aylesbury and the Chilterns. Harrow-on-the-Hill is close by - the site of Harrow School (attended by Winston Churchill). Day trips by car are possible to Henley-On-Thames, Cliveden (the home of the Astor family), Windsor and Brighton.
