Situated on the outskirts of the village, adjacent to an open park-land area within walking distance of the Scone Palace.
The bungalow is comfortably furnished, and has a lounge and dining kitchen.
Sleeping for four people is provided in twin beds in each of two bedrooms, with ample storage for the visitor. Bed linen and towels are supplied at no extra cost.
The property is double glazed and has gas central heating and instant hot water to bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom has been recently refurbished, an over bath electric shower and a shaver point add to the creature comforts.
The garden has lawn and paved areas and table and chairs for use on sunny days.
Being all on one level and with easy access from the drive, the bungalow is well suited to the less agile visitor.
The village has all the necessary shops and other facilities, bank, petrol etc.
Perth city has good shopping, eating out establishments to suit all tastes and pockets. We have a wonderful new Concert Hall with a vast variety of concerts available, some without previous booking to entertain you, and also a Victorian Theatre.
We are well established on the garden scene with many open to the public, there are National Trust properties locally.

The kitchen has dining for four people, with crockery, cutlery and glass ware for four + people. Table linen, hand and tea towels are provided. The door leads into the garden. There is a full sized electric cooker and a microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer, a fridge and freezer. A vacuum and iron and ironing board are available for use of the visitor.
Living Room
The lounge has a combi T.V/video player, and a basic Sky package. A radio with CD player is provided. Comfortable seating and lighting makes for a cosy atmosphere.
