Garden House once the head Gardeners house is a four bedroom house set in the grounds of Penrice Estate. This comfortable large property is well suited for larger families and friends. It has four bedrooms two double and two twins plus a bathroom upstairs. Down stairs off the large hallway is a shower room, sitting room with tv, dvd player and an open fire. The large kitchen dining room has views front and back of the park and gardens. It is fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge and freezer plus a dish washer, washer/drier and a microwave. The walled garden is to lawn with garden furniture and BBQ. Just a short walk away is the lake and tennis courts plus the landscaped gardens all within the park grounds. Oxwich Beach is half a mile away with a long sandy beach which is safe for families with young children. The beach was voted Best Beach in Britain 2007 by the Travel Magazine. There is a water sports company Euphoria who work from the beach offering boat trips and equipment hire and lessons. Oxwich is one of few beaches allowing dogs access 12 months of the year.
Swansea is 16 miles away and has lots to interest the family should the weather be wet. The new National Waterfront Museum is very popular as is the new Leisure Centre, UCI cinema, Megabowl and Plantasia plus the Marina or large indoor market. Or go to Mumbles seaside village with its boutique shopping.
Gower was the First area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it�s easy to see why with its beautiful scenery.

The large kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with fridge and freezer, double gas oven, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave. There is a big farmhouse table with plenty of seating and an open fire. Fully equipped with all utensils and crockery you should need.
Living Room
The cosy living room has views into the park and down to the bottom gate of Penrice Estate. It has two comfy sofas and a couple of arm chairs and an open fireplace(logs are provided free of charge). There is a tv with sky(only the free channels) and dvd player plus a cd/radio player, coffee table and reading lamp.
Other Rooms
There is a shower room downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs ideal for a property sleeping 8 people. There is also a small outside loo.

Additional Information The house also has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board as standard and a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. Home cooking is available delivered to the house on Tuesdays and Fridays
