The dining table, situated in the corner of the room, will comfortably sit six people but has enough chairs for up to 8. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools. From the kitchen there is a ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is ideal for some people with limited mobility as the newly fitted shower room with WC and wash hand basin is also on this floor.
