Luxuriously equipped for year round occupation, with full central heating and wood burner, the Cottage is on a quiet, private shared driveway but still only five minutes walk from the many shops and restaurants in Beccles Town Centre.
Beccles has both Railway and Bus Stations.
Both Norfolk and Suffolk are ideal holiday destinations, with safe, sandy beaches at Lowestoft and the famous attractions and beaches of Great Yarmouth only half an hour's drive away.
Oulton Broad with boat hire is similarly close with the Norfolk Broads themselves less than an hours drive.
The "fine" City of Norwich - one of the Country's top shopping destinations is less than an hour away by car.
The area has numerous fun parks and wildlife parks and a huge number of historical sites and houses to visit, such as the National Trust's Blickling Hall and the Queen's estate at Sandringham.
The area is renowned for its fresh water fishing (NRA License required) and the Cottage garden provides the ideal spot. A small rowing boat is included upon request.
All the facilities including heating and wood for the wood burner are included in the price, as is all Bed Linen and Towels.

The large, modern Kitchen/Diner is fully equipped with a full size oven, four plate ceramic hob and a microwave. It also contains a washing machine and dishwasher, large fridge and freezer and a toaster and coffee machine. Utensils and crockery are provided for up to eight people. Tea towels and cleaning materials are included.
Living Room
Spacious and luxuriously furnished with fabulous views over the River and Countryside, the Lounge is airy and light by day and with its Wood Burning Stove, cosy and warm for those cooler evenings.
There is a large screen LCD Television with Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's.
The double size futon style sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping for the larger parties of guests.
Other Rooms
Enclosed "internal" Patio and two outside Patios. The bathroom facilities consist of one shower, toilet and handbasin, one bath and washbasin and one toilet and washbasin. The single bed in Bedroom 1 is provided upon request.
