Rose Cottage is a grade 2 listed property, centrally located in the pretty Suffolk village of Debenham.
The cottage has a kitchen, sitting room, dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Heating and electricity costs are included. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, plus a cot, in 3 upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed, TV/DVD and hairdryer. The cot can be provided in either the master bedroom or the second bedroom. High chair and stair gates for the top and bottom of the stairs are all available upon request. All towels and linen is included.
Outside you will find a generous sized garden with lawn and patio. 2 patio sets are avaialble to enjoy the outside space. A brick barbecue is also close to the patio.
Debenham village offers plenty of local shops, 2 pubs and local walks. Nearby is plenty to do and see, including Framlingham Castle and Henry Watson's Pottery. Slightly further afield is the infamous Suffolk heritage coast including Aldeburgh, Southwold and Thorpeness. Inland are Suffolks finest towns including Framlinham, Lavenham and Bury St Edmunds.
There is so much to do and see in and around Debenham, that they can't possibly be listed, but Suffolk still remains an unspoilt county to enjoy yor holiday.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher (tablets provided), oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, blender, toaster, kettle and all other equipment you can need. The washer/dryer is provided in the understairs cupboard. The kitchen is clean and modern and opens straight out into the garden.
Living Room
The living room is beamed throughout with a large inglnook fireplace. It has a leather sofa and material Laura Ashley chairs. For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD with freeview, and ipod dock/radio. A second TV/DVD with playstation 2 can be found in the diningroom which has oak dining table and cahirs and leather sofa.
Other Rooms
The Dining room offers oak table and chairs, leather sofa and TV/DVD with playstation 2.
The Bathroom has bath with shower over (screen not curtain) basin and wc. Towels are provided.
