Beautiful two bedroom house centrally situated in a quiet street, which previously won the accolade of 'prettiest floral display for a residential area'. The contemporary furnished house has a small front garden, wood floors throughout and gas central heating. The lounge has two sofas,(one is a sofa bed) freeview t.v and DVD player. There is a separate dining room with glass topped table and seating for six people overlooking the outside patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob and double oven. All china, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery are also provided as are towels and bedding.
Outside the small patio area is a sun trap, and has a table and chairs for al fresco dining!
The large fully tiled bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, double wash basins, heated towel rail, bidet and loo.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a range of glass fronted fitted wardrobes, radio, and tv with video. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks to patio area
BABIES - there is a travel cot, high chair and buggy (suitable from 9months) available but you will need to bring your own bed linen for the travel cot
