FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor are five of the bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have large roof terraces overlooking the garden.
Two other bedrooms form suites, with adjoining sitting areas with day-beds, perfect for children. One of those suites has a balcony over-looking the tennis court, and an wonderful upstairs children's mezzanine play area
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor are the other 3 bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the rear garden and tennis court.
The ground floor also contains extensive living space. The centre-piece being a large open plan entertaining area, comprising of dining room (for 18 people) kitchen, conservatory and breakfast room. This area is served by a a 'Sonos' wireless music system, perfect for parties and entertaining.
Connected to this area is an additional fully equipped catering kitchen with its own separate external access, perfect for caterers to make their preparations out of the way of your party.
Making up the rest of the ground floor is the main living room and the study. The study is kitted out for those people who need somewhere quiet and comfortable to work during their stay with us. The living room is fitted with a Blu Ray cinema system and 50" televison.
OUTSIDE SPACES
Outside are � of an acre of beautifully landscaped and secluded private gardens. The gardens include a tennis court, secluded seating areas, two lawn spaces, a large patio for outdoor entertaining and a large hot tub.
