Enjoy weeks or short breaks in our award winning Eco-building which is tucked away in the grounds of a former farmhouse overlooking the Pevensey Levels (SSSI). This purpose built fully centrally heated building sleeps four in two bedrooms each of which has its own en-suite shower room and TV/Video/DVD/Radio and CD Player. It is graded four stars by VisitBritain. The premises are well appointed with an open plan sitting/dining room/ kitchen which is fully equipped to a high standard with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/tumbler drier, microwave, gas hob and electric fan oven. We welcome children and can supply a cot, a baby bath, a high chair and a child’s bed as required.
Prices are fully inclusive of all electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and cleaning materials. There are absolutely no extra charges.
The south facing covered ‘loggia’ and patio capture the morning sun and are a pleasant spot to eat out or just sit at any time of the day. We supply a gas barbecue for guests’ sole use, and there is free Broadband access for those who bring their laptops. Just bring yourselves and enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, or other family games such as giant versions of chess, dominoes, snakes and ladders, hi-tower and giant pick up sticks.
