There are three bedrooms sleeping five people - one double, one twin and one single, also a newly refurbished bathroom upstairs as well as a shower room and toilet downstairs.
There is a large spacious kitchen, sitting room and separate dining room. There are enclosed gardens back and front and access to woodland walks and several stocked ponds.
This is a peaceful rural location situated half a mile along a private road.

Cavers Knowes Farmhouse boasts a large well equipped, spacious and bright kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There is a table and seating for five. This overlooks the back garden.
Living Room
Again this is a bright and spacious room, with patio doors leading out onto a new area of decking looking out over a pond and wooded area. There is a comfortable three piece suite and a colour television and video recorder, with various puzzles and games provided. There is a log burning stove as well as oil central heating throughout.
Other Rooms
There is a separate dining room with log burning stove, large dining table and chairs and patio doors out onto the front garden. There is a well equipped utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing faculties. There is also an electric shower next to an additional separate toilet. There is a porchway at the backdoor with room for boots, shoes, coats etc.
