It has two bedrooms and sleeps four - a double room with king-size bed and a twin with two singles - both rooms have sturdy pine-beds with plump locally made Dales mattresses.
The cottage is located just a few minutes walk away from Masham's bustling market square which plays host to weekly markets, speciality markets and the famous sheep fair held every September.
Masham is a thriving community and has a host of interesting shops to browse in as well as a number of cafes, great pubs and several restaurants. It is also home to two breweries - Theakstons and The Black Sheep - which visitors can look round and sample the award-winning ales.
There are plenty of local walks to suit ramblers and strollers alike. Golf, Riding, Fishing, Canoeing, Tennis and Swimming are all available nearby.

The lounge, which is kept snug and cosy with its log burner and underfloor heating, provides the perfect space to relax in the evening.
There is a separate dining area where you can eat, listen to music on the stereo/cd player, read some of the many books in the cottage or play a selection of board games.

The bathroom has been tiled with warm coloured stone and features a whirlpool bath with shower.
