Cnocaruan is the perfect base for exploring all Argyll has to offer in scenery, wildlife and history. You will have grey seals, herons, oyster catchers, cormorants, otters and canoeists for company. Sitting room with comfy seats that overlook the deck and the water. Internet radio with I-pod dock. Binoculars are provided to spy the local wild life. Dining room with original fireplace, dining for 4 and board games & internet radio. Upstairs 2 generous sized bedrooms- 1 king and 1 twin (can be made up as another king size). Bathroom with large cast iron bath, separate shower, washbasin, WC, shaver socket, hair dryers, toiletries and fluffy towels provided. Outside large decking area with seating, chimenea and panoramic views over Loch Etive. Ample parking provided in the private driveway. Connel is a quiet rural location around 5 miles east of Oban with a good range of village amenities, including a general store & post office, three licensed hotels with restaurants.
