An imposing stone farmhouse with all the traditional features that make a comfortable family home including a range stove in the farmhouse kitchen, open fires in the lounge and diniing room, en-suite bathrooms for two kingsize bedrooms plus two additional family bathrooms and a ground floor cloackroom. Loads of space, privacy and stunning rural outlook. Easy access to Oban with its distillery, shops and ferries to the islands of Mull, Iona and the Outer Hebrides. With a south facing patio featuring outside garden furniture and large BBQ this house is great for families sharing with grandparents or friends. Pets are welcome and the fully fenced garden is great for dogs. With waymarked forest trails around Cologin hills and forest on the doorstep there is plenty to see and do at Cologin. Free fishing on our trout loch in the hills (free boat and rods) playpark and country pub serving excellent food are all on the doorstep making self catering an easy option.

Kitchen
A large dining farmhouse kitchen with a two oven Esse traditional range (plus a modern gas hob and electric oven and grill), combination microwave oven, American fridge freezer with ice dispensing unit and water filter, fully equipped for up to 15 people. High chair provided. Washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and all the usual appliances.
Living Room
Large double aspect lounge with open fire, stereo, Freeview Sky TV, DVD player and cosy leather chairs and sofas. Direct access to the dining room with a large table and chairs to seat 12.
Other Rooms
Ground floor cloakroom and lobby. Ground floor bedroom features a day bed and zip and link twin beds to give maximum flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. The house will sleep up to 15 including children - 10 adults maximum.
