The house is on two levels and is situated within the heritage area of the old St Ninians Parish Church. It has been completely upgraded and redecorated to include a new gas central heating system, new kitchen, new shower and toilet upstairs and the addition of a shower and toilet downstairs. It has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one double, one twin and one single, allowing 5 to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen has been recently upgraded, is brand new, bright and modern. It is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space, it has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Living Room
The lounge is comfortable with a flat screen TV and a range of DVDs and books to relax in the evening.
