The cottage is situated in an ex-farm and has its own patio garden. The cottage stands in two acres of rural land most left to nature to attract as much wildlife as possible. Deer are often seen grazing in the land, together with pheasants, squirrels, rabbits and numerous species of birds. The property is ideally located as a touring base for Ascot, Legoland, Windsor and Sandhurst. Junction 3 of the M3 is approx 6 miles away. Also is approx 4 miles from jct 10 of the M4 which is handy for Heathrow Airport.
