This 'meadow cottage' is located on the private rural estate of Tyglyn Vale, along with several similar properties. The estate is located in the Aeron Valley, and is surrounded by the rolling hills and forests which contribute to the area's lovely landscape. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ample storage space. To the front of the property is a large, south-facing, decked area which is a perfect place to relax or to dine. The property is completely surrounded by large lawned areas, which makes it the perfect place for youngsters to play in safety, or for the family to picnic. If you don't fancy cooking, the TyGlyn Hotel, bar and restaurant, is only 50 metres away, and can be accessed directly from the estate. The food here is delicious, and cottage guests are welcome. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the 'secret' garden of Tyglyn Aeron. This is a walled garden located next to the River Aeron, which has a play area for small children. The gardeners also put seasonal produce on sale to the public, and keep the place in pristine condition. The area around the garden is less cultivated, and is somewhere interesting to explore. The location of the cottage makes it an ideal base from which to explore the area. Aberareron offers a good selection of restaurants, bars,and shops selling local produce, while New Quay, with it's lovely sandy beach is only a few miles along the coast.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with plenty of storage space. Its facilities include electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle and toaster.
Living Room
The living room is large and open plan. Here, you will find a comfortable living area with two sofas and a TV/DVD, a dining area with seating for 4, and a conservatory with wicker furniture, which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The property is heated by programmable electric wall heaters, and has hardwood flooring throughout.
