Set on a dairy farm – the owners are happy to show visitors around – it is within easy reach of many of this lovely area’s attractions including the glorious sandy beach at Llansteffan. The National Botanical Gardens fine historic houses and gardens and several great Norman castles are all worth a visit. This is excellent walking country and the Gwelli Steam Railway offering journeys through lovely wooded valley scenery is only 3 miles away. Further afield is the Oakwood Leisure Park with its famous roller coaster. The market town of Carmarthen (3 miles) boasts a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema theatre sports centre and indoor swimming pool museum and an 18-hole golf course. Lovely sandy beaches and sailing on Carmarthan Bay 12 miles. Fishing 6 miles. Country pub serving food 1 mile.
