Fully modernized kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. SKY TV and DVD, VCR, CD Player and Radio. Central Heating, ground floor shower room. First floor wash room and WC. Children very welcome. Enclosed garden with patio furniture, barbeque and water feature. All Bedding included. Telephone for local calls / incoming calls and emergency services. Oil and Electricity included. The property has been graded by the Welsh Tourist Board with a 4 star classification. Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. First floor: 1 King Size bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom, Wash Room with WC. The property has a large kitchen/diner. The kitchen has modern fittings and benefits from dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer.
Living Room
The property maintains many of its original features including exposed beams throughout. The living room benefits from a magnificent inglenook fireplace with cast iron log burning stove fire. It is comfortably furnished and houses the TV and CD player.
Other Rooms
The property has three large bedrooms which are all capable of taking a travel cot if required. The master bedroom has a child Bed/cot. A travel cot is provided at the cottage.
