Driftwood is a spacious, well-equipped and well furnished house situated in the delightful Cornish village of Polruan. The house has good accommodation sleeping up to 8 in 2 double bedrooms (including one en-suite) 1 twin and l bunk bed room. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. One sitting room has a wood burning stove and the second is equipped with large flat screen tv/X-box etc. There are several TV's to minimise viewing disputes! The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher/microwave/washer/dryer etc. A cot and high chair is available. The garden includes raised decks with ample space to sit out and enjoy an al fresco meal - or the wonderful views. We welcome dogs and are only a few minutes from some truly lovely walks. Polruan has its own village beach, shops, 2 pubs and a regular ferry service to Fowey with its wider range of shopping and dining together with 2 additional beaches. Many lovely Cornish villages and beaches are within driving distance as is the Eden Project. Please note that Polruan is on a fairly steep hill and there are steps within both the house and garden - please contact us if you have any accessibility issues. The house is available to let all year - short breaks are sometimes available in the quieter months. Off peak discounts for smaller parties are also available. Please ask for details. The tariff includes heating/light etc. Linen can be hired.

Kitchen
Large fully equipped kitchen with dining table seating 8. Electric oven/hob, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Ample pots pans etc for a house sleeping 8! Some views over the water.
Living Room
We have two living rooms. One with TV/dvd and wood burning stove, one with large wall mounted flat screen tv/X-Box etc. Both rooms have good views across the village and the estuary.
Other Rooms
Good size lobby - ideal for buckets and spades, dog leads etc. Also outside tap for sandy feet/paws!
