Fully integrated kitchen with built in dishwasher, washing machine, Fridge Freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Stainless steel/glass illuminated extractor (to outside) and even floor lighting, with breakfast bar and views out to sea! Kitchen has wall and floor tiles and is colour co-ordinated throughout with all units having lighting underneath. All cutlery and kitchen items provided.

Living room with views out to sea from large floor to ceiling windows and doors. Incorporating 2 settees, coffee table and sideboard all in matching wood finish. This same matching furniture extended to large dinning table / 6 chairs and corner television stand incorporating 37" colour flat screen TV, digital recorder and DVD.
