Churchgate Cottage

The 3 bedroom cottage is fully central heated with thermostatically controlled radiators in each room. In the cooler months the cottage also has the benefit of a wood burning stove in the lounge. There is a constant supply of hot water. Sleeps up to 5 persons. • Parking for one car immediately outside the cottage. • Level access from lane to one large room living. Colour TV + DVD, radio/C.D, books, maps and various family games. • Fully fitted kitchen area with electric cooker & ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. • Outside secluded enclosed suntrap courtyard with Barbeque and garden furniture. • Ground floor single bedroom with en-suite shower wet room. • Spacious double bedroom overlooking 15th Century Church. • Light and airy twin bedroom overlooking courtyard. • Large family bathroom with bath, pedestal wash basin, low level w.c., shaver point and light. All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the rental. BBQ briquettes and logs are to be supplied by the guest. Regrettably the cottage does not allow pets and is non-smoking only.
